Professional Introduction
I am Zhengyang Yu, a Computer Science student at the University of California, San Diego, after completing an Associate of Science in Computer Science at Laney College.
I enjoy building software that connects careful engineering with everyday usefulness, including Java projects, Python automation, content conversion tools, and accessible web pages.
Current focus: building practical web experiences that are understandable, accessible, and maintainable.
I am also involved with UCSD Envision Makerspace and interested in electronics prototyping and fabrication.
Career Interests
I am interested in software engineering, automation, full-stack development, product-minded tools, and systems that help people learn or create.
I also care about the difference between working software and thoughtful software: both matter when building for real users.
